The exhibitions included in the AutoCluster—InterAutoMechanica, ComAutoTrans and AutoBusExpo—offer companies the opportunity to showcase their products not only in static displays but also through dynamic test drives. This unique format sets the AutoCluster apart in the Russian exhibition market, as no other event offers such an opportunity for real-time vehicle demonstrations.

The base rental rate for the exhibition space is determined by both the type of stand and the area occupied.

Payment of the registration fee is mandatory for all participants. It includes general security of the exhibition area, cleaning of aisles and public squares, access to the Personal Account of the Exhibitor, placement of the company's logo in the online catalog of the exhibition, provision of a travel guide, badges and a diploma of the participant.

The general security of the Exhibition Center is organized by Crocus Expo. Security services on the territory of the Exhibition Center can only be ordered from the Organizer. The exhibitor have to take care of the exhibits safety and all belongings on their own, especially at a time when the pavilion is open to visitors, so we recommend a permanent presence at the stand.

The sale of exhibits and equipment, as well as the conclusion of trade deals at exhibitions, are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation. Retail sales of samples on the exhibition premises are prohibited. The transfer of pre-sold exhibits from stands is not allowed until the end of the Exhibition.
The removal of Exhibits during the Event is not allowed. For violation the Organizer has the right to fine the Exhibitor. The departure schedule is indicated in the official documents for the exhibitors.
ComAutoTrans (Commercial Transport: Exhibition and Test Drive) will be the only exhibition in Moscow during the traditional dates for the automotive industry – August 19-22, 2025. ComAutoTrans will take place as part of a unique automotive cluster of industry exhibitions, together with InterAutoMechanica (Trade Fair for Automotive Industry) and AutoBusExpo (International Bus Exhibition). This is a unique event in Russia, offering the opportunity to take a test drive of commercial vehicles.
